Privacy & Data Protection Notice
Last updated: 8 October 2026
Signature Experience (SE) Associates respects your privacy. This notice explains how we handle personal data provided through this website and related enquiry communications, in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Data Protection Officer
SE Associates has designated a Data Protection Officer to oversee our personal data protection practices.
For access, correction, withdrawal of consent or data-protection enquiries:

Personal data we collect
Our enquiry form asks for your name, organisation, email address and enquiry content. Phone or WhatsApp details are optional. We may also receive information you voluntarily provide in follow-up emails or conversations. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry.
How we use your information
We use this information to understand and respond to your enquiry, discuss services you have asked about, and maintain related communications and records. Providing an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. If we wish to use your personal data for a different purpose, we will notify you and obtain consent where required by law.
Enquiry handling and service providers
Form enquiries are sent to our business email inbox. The form is configured not to save enquiry contents as WordPress database entries; email correspondence and necessary follow-up records may still be retained in our email and business systems.
We may use hosting, email and IT service providers to operate the website and manage communications. They may process information as needed to provide these services. We may also disclose information where required or permitted by law. Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we will take appropriate steps to ensure that it continues to receive a standard of protection comparable to that required under the PDPA.
Protection and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use, disclosure, alteration or loss. The website uses HTTPS and appropriate security and spam-protection measures. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here or for legitimate business or legal requirements. When it is no longer needed, we will delete it or anonymise it, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements and routine backup cycles.
Website technology
Hosting systems may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser or device information, access times and requested pages for website operation and security. Cookies or similar technologies may be used for essential website functions, security and performance. The site is not configured for personalised advertising.
Your requests and choices
You may contact our Data Protection Officer to request access to personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw consent with reasonable notice, or raise a data-protection concern. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and requests are subject to applicable legal requirements and exceptions.
If you withdraw consent, we will explain any likely consequences, such as being unable to continue responding to your enquiry or providing a requested service, and stop the relevant collection, use or disclosure unless permitted or required by law.
Email [email protected]. For general service enquiries, use [email protected].
Updates to this notice
We may update this notice when our practices or legal requirements change. The date above indicates the latest revision.
